Not only do Premier Door Systems manufacture a full range of industrial doors and PVC products, we also have the capability to carry out repairs and maintenance on other brands of door.
Premier was recently contracted to replace the PVC Panels in a competitors PVC SEE-THROUGH SWING Door. The existing door leafs had become dirty, marked and torn and required complete replacement. Further inspection and consultation with the customer also revealed that specific equipment being brought through the door was causing impact to an isolated point on the door leaf and had caused the tear damage.
Premier recommended as part of the replacement an additional impact band at the required height to add extra protection to this high impact area, thus preventing further damage and extending the life of the door leaf.
The completed works provided a clean finish to the existing door frame, and improved aesthetic look to the store floor.
Premier also provided the client with the option of the PremIMPACT, High Impact Thermal Traffic Door which are becoming more popular with retail outlets.
