A lot of preparation goes on inside a kitchen, making it one of the busiest work environments you’ll ever encounter. That is why installing a door that doesn’t interfere with daily operations can be a huge help in keeping the kitchen workflow smooth yet productive.
A great door selection for busy kitchens are PVC Swing Doors. These type of doors open and close automatically making it easily accessible and are made with PVC, which is a level up from your usual swing door. Here are three features of the PremSWING PVC door that will make you consider installing one for your establishment.
1. Hands-free operation
A kitchen crew normally has a lot on their hands—literally. From plates stacked on trays to running a checklist, everyone’s always on their toes finishing a task. To improve efficiency and encourage higher standards of productivity, the PremSWING PVC door easily opens with a gentle push and closes automatically.
2. See-through panels
Most other doors are too opaque that you often won’t know if you’ll collide with someone from the other side of the door. The PremSWING PVC door is equipped with see-through panels to ensure safety for employees moving in and out from either end. These panels are available in 5mm and 7mm thicknesses while the doors can be installed for openings up to 3000mm wide x 3000mm high. Our PremSWING’s PVC panels are also flexible and sturdy to withstand impact when opened or closed.
3. Attractive aluminium frame
Last but not the least, although functionality is a priority the appealing quality of the door, matters as well! Some doors are often not opted for as they do not aesthetically suit their look of the room, but the PremSWING PVC door offers both. The PremSWING PVC door is stylishly designed with an anodised aluminium frame and has an optional frosted finish for the PVC panels. And if that’s not enough, we also offer powder-coating and sign writing to customise the door to suit your requirements!
