The project consisted of upgrading a 3,850m2 Woolworths Supermarket, mini major tenancies, loading dock and basement car park modifications. This had to be done to accommodate the Woolworths “Direct to Boot” facility for Vicinity Centres and Woolworths Supermarkets.
